It says I should reword almost every part of my report. I don't get why. I think it looks great. Will my teacher care?

The passive voice occurs when the object of a sentence 'becomes' the subject, eg. 'I was stung by a bee' instead of 'The bee stung me'. While the passive voice is perfectly acceptable grammatically, in reality it is rarely used in the english language. If you think your essay looks fine, then by all means submit it. It might be a good idea to get one of your friends to read it beforehand, however, just to double-check that it doesn't look 'strange'.

I'm not an English teacher, but a transcriptionist. The "passive voice" is flat and drains life from one's paper. In the passive voice, the subject does not do the acting, but is acted upon. Government-speak "Mistakes were made" is a prime example, as is 'It was discovered that..." Except in rare cases, you want to avoid using the passive voice.

And I am pretty sure your teacher will not like it.

Yes.
Passive voice is not to be over used if you want your writing to be viewed as strong.
The passive voice is when a sentence uses a "to be" verb instead of using an active verb.
An example is
"the boy was bitten by the dog."
To rewrite this with the active voice say
"the dog bit the boy"
