I don't like my lack of control over big parts of my life; such as my co-worker's job performance. I am a control freak and when I have to do my job and the work of a lazy co-worker for months on end, with nothing being done about it, I dread going to work. It is all I can do to keep my mouth shut and go with the flow! Aaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!! Thank you for letting me vent! It helps!
