Is this going to be a general game development site for anyone to use or is it intended for a specific game development company/group? If it's the former, the domain you are considering would be easy to remember, though a bit generic as a brand for an individual company. In either case, I would definitely register that domain name. Even if you come up with something better, that would be a good secondary domain.
