I need the equation that is parrellel & perpendicular y=6x+3

A || line would be y = 6x +b, where b is any number except 3

A_|_ line would be y=-x/6 +b, where b is any number

any line y=6x + b is parallel

any line y= -1/6 x + c is perpendicular

Unless you specify a point that they both have to pass through, you cannot find the constant b or c
