Anyone know of any natural foods or something that I can drink? I can actually feel the water gain, i dont know whats going on.

Have a cup of coffee or a glass of iced tea. Caffiene is a natural diuretic.

If you're near your period, that's normal.
If you want to get rid of excess weight of any kind, exercising helps.
It won't take much effort to sweat off some water weight.
