my son has severe autism and can not talk. I can read his body language and his actions around people. If he never touches them, if he acts stressed, is whining or acts like he does not want to be alone with that person and my instincts tell me something is not right I feel that this person is not being good to my son. He has not been molested but he has been abused and I usually expected the person and told the administration that my son was not comfortable with this person to not let them be alone with him. I have been proven right a few times and they now take my advice and will watch my son when they are around the person I mention to them.

If the person is not communicative, you may find that they act differently toward a person or place that they had in the past. They may become more anxious or nervous and seek to avoid someone or they might become more withdrawn. These reactions would occur if the person was injured or abused as well, but whoever treated them poorly or wherever they have suffered injury in the past, they may seek to avoid. It is very important to have someone checked by qualified people is soon as possible without giving them showers or anything to destroy physical evidence. Contact me is you want to discuss this further and need more information.
