The polls show Hilary is a runaway for the democratic nomination. I suppose anything can happen in a year. Though I think a miracle would be needed for her huge lead to vanish. As for who will win the presidency, it is completely up in the air.

Billary obviously has the polls and press right now, but it's still very early and there has not been a single primary yet. I think speculating right now will produce more apologies than incites. The primaries exist solely for the purpose of weeding out those candidates who have the biggest vulnerabilities. I think, while she is strong right now, that Hillary will ultimately suffer from the graveyard worth of skeletons in her closet. She also has a very difficult time connecting with women in America. If she can't carry that demographic without peer, she won't be the nominee for the Dems. Ultimately, I think she can be assured of the democratic nomination for Vice President, likely with Obama as the presidential nominee. I know Hillary would be the first female presidential nominee, but Obama is more likely to be the first black President. I think he is more electable. I see America as more ready to elect a black man to the office than they are a woman. I'm sorry, but I just don't think the nation as a whole is ready yet, and the primaries will ultimately show that.
It doesn't really matter anyway. I seriously question the sanity of anyone who wants that job right now. Seriously, would you want to be responsible for the conclusion and fallout from Iraq and all the social issues we are facing at home? I know I wouldn't.

Looks like Hillary right now, but Obama and Edwards seem to be edging up some. Lots of time left.

Obama. He is the only one that has a true chance of winning in the general election

I actually think Obama's going to take it. He's more electable, and I see him gaining more and more enthusiasm. I have to stay on the positive, I really hope he's going to get it. I think it's a lot closer than the polls show--he has an amazing youth base that isn't getting enough attention.

At present Clinton looks the favorite followed by Obama and Edwards.
But there is still a long way to go.

I believe it to be still is to be decided! I happen to like John Edwards & unless something drastic happens on his way to the Presidency, would vote for him. All we need are a few more debates for Hillary to fall flat on her face, even with all of her money! The major part of the money that she claims came from individuals, yeah, right! Bundled money from big business!

Hillary will get the nomination. Then she will be crushed by the Republican candidate.
