You need to put the 02 sensors back on, or your truck will be running in the dark! What I mean is that the computer won't know what is going on with the engine and the truck won't run very well and you will get bad gas mileage!

First, why are you removing it. If it is plugged it makes sense, just to do it doesn't. If it were me though, and I did do this on a chevy, remove it and install a new pipe with a bung for the O2 sensor. You can order one out of places like Summit and Jegs (usually). If not it really is nothing more than drilling a hole and welding in a a nut with the right threads to run the O2 Sensor into. Good luck.

Put the cat back in with the sensor. Trust me I had a clogged cat and ran a straight pipe for a few days the computer will throw the check engine light. I believe it's a big fine for running without a cat anyway. At least in my state.

You need the O sensor to sample your fuel mixture, without it your computer will either run it too lean or too rich, neither of which will do your engine much good.
Removing the Cat is illegal and if you get caught it will cost you substanially and in most states your car will be impounded. You can run a glass pack with a cat and still get the desired effect.

If you don't have an o2 sensor, the computer will go into limp mode: low power, awful gas mileage.
Pretty stupid thing to do - leave the cat in place, and run a straight pipe back would be better than what you did.

i say yes because the oxygen sensor with the help of the iat...intake air temperature sensor helps the ecu...engine control unit decide how rich or lean the air fuel mixture is and makes the correct adjustment to keep the engine running correctly and help to lessen the amount of pollutants exiting the exsaust system.

Well you won't pass emissions without the cat and you are violating a federal law by removing it. Other than a big fat fine and possible jail time, in addition to the poor gas mileage, there isn't much else that can happen to you.

You're gas milegae will decrease, you're check engine light will be On and you won't pass inspection or smog. If the o2 sensor is post cat, you may get a poor cat performance code.

Yes. It's one of the main sensors your computer uses to make the engine perform properly. Leave it disconnected it will go to limp mode and run like crap.
