I have it every Friday. It *can* be dangerous. For example:
- Don't eat while you're driving.
- Chew each bite thoroughly - don't choke!
- Use caution when passing slices across the table. The end of the pizza is sharp, and you could put an eye out.

Yes and no, you have to eat in moderation. If you eat too much then it is bad---if you get lots of meat on it, then it's bad, so you should get with vegetables or just cheese and not eat more than 1/4 of the pizza. If you eat a lot you should manage your day to eat less.

Well of course everyone has their limits. Some eat too much sweets and require more salty things or veges, so sweets will be "unhealthy" for them. Some eat too much pizza so they would need more of the other food groups to remain healthy. So as long as it's not an excessive amount, it's fine once in awhile.
But it does include a lot of oil and fats.

Pending on what kind of pizza, but typically most pizzas are greasy and in large quanities will put on some pounds.
But really anything in proportion can be acceptable. I wouldn't worry about having some once in a blue moon.

Occasional eating pizza is okay. Try the less popular pizza in any corner... you can actually request the pizza maker how you want it done: minimize oil/grease, less salt, more sauce, less cheese. I ordered just now... and it's cheap. Don't go for those wel-known brand.

I hate to say, as much as I love pizza it is bad for your health. with all that grease and stuff. but its good for an outting with your friends or a date or whatever, as long as it make you feel good. so go out get a few slices of pizza. just don't over do it because it will affect your health.

ALOT of bread turns to sugar (So yes, it is bad...)...A wheat thin crust w/ veggies & lite cheese wouldn't be as bad as a meat lover pan pizza--it's about choices really.

well lets break it down. cheese is good for you. meat is good for you. bread is good for you. but when they are cooked to gether in pizza its all greasy (often) and grease is never great for you. im sure if you get organic, non-greasy health-store pizza its better for you. overall, don't go to overboard with eating pizza, but Im sure you're not going to die if you enjoy some pizza every now and then.
