Germs are either Bacteria or Viruses. A Bacteria is a living thing made of all the same things we are. Bacteria are only made of a single cell, but people are made of millions. A virus isn't really alive. It is only DNA within a protein shell.

Bacteria are made of water, plus protein, carbohydrates, DNA, etc. Viruses may or may not contain water, in addition to protein and DNA or RNA. If these organisms are killed in a microwave, they are killed because they are heated enough to denature the proteins that determine their structure. This will happen at a much lower temperature than the boiling point of water, so they'll already be dead by the time the water in them boils. The killing of microorganisms by a microwave is probably no more efficient than in a regular oven, just faster.

no.. germs are microorganisms that are made of cell(s) and proteins. They can be found in water though, mostly untreated ones. And microwave could kill certain germs due to the increase in temperature as would what boiling water does

They are living cells that have cell walls made of cellulose, D-alanine, as opposed to cell membranes, made of fat molecules, such as humans have. They live constantly on the skin and nose and throat membranes of humans. If they get a chance, they get into the lungs or bloodstream and use the nutrients they find there to multiply. Happily, we have discovered drugs like penicillin. Penicillin interferes with germs' ability to transport D-alanine to keep their cell walls in repair. The cell walls degrade, the bacteria burst and die.
