What is your opinion? How would you rate the quote if the scale is 1-10 ^_^ Thank You!

A free way to get high is to laugh till you cry, because the more you laugh the longer you last.

* Why we should laugh? When we laugh, our breathing quickens, which exercises the diaphragm, neck, stomach, face, and shoulders. Laughter increases the amount of oxygen in the blood, which not only helps healing and improves circulation, it also expands the blood vessels close to the skin’s surface. It can also lower the heart rate, dilate the arteries, stimulate the appetite, and burn up calories.

I absolutely agree with this quote and I actually have a similar one written on my bullentin board. I'm definitely a firm believer that laughter is the best medicine and that nothing is better for you than to be happy. And when you're laughing...you're happy.

When one laughs and or is extremely happy, the brain releases chemicals that are beneficial to healing the body and making one feel good, hence why they say 'laughter is the best medicine'.

I give that quote a 10 out of 10.. Cheers for sharing.

It's true; simply breathing more than shallowly, relaxing one's tensed musculature, does much the same, although laughing vigorously provides more of the gentle exercise.

Defintely beneficial. "Freedom, the Spirit Triumphant," O. M. Aivanhov.

Loving and harmoniousness are two good activities, although the benefits are more emotional and spiritual. "Watch Your Dreams," Ann Ree Colton, and "Climb the Highest Mountain," Mark Prophet, also good re harmony and beauty.

It is the substantial half of a half full cup. It is sorrow turned up side down. It is the positive extreme for negative. The physiological difference may be had in running or weight lifting. Perhaps we could do both at the same time.
