Lots of ways, but all require a LOT of time and CPU power

1) shrink the resolution. Go from 640x480 to 320x200 or even smaller.

2) use a better compression codec. MPEG4 based codecs such as XVID / DIVX are more efficient than older MPEG1 or MPEG2 compression, but is not as widely compatible.

3) Decrease the bitrate of encoding. In other words, use less data to describe the same frames. You'll see more artifacts in the video, and blurrier action scenes, but you can't have both quality and size.

4) Starting size. If you start from 4 GBs, then getting it down to 100 MB is pretty pointless. You'll be left with a postage stamp-sized video that you can barely enjoy. If you go from 250 MB to 100 MB, then you won't lose too much. That should be quite obvious.

im specific if it makes the flicks smaller yet as quickly as you upload in 240p it takes the least volume of time yet i'd propose a minimum of 360p becuase 240p is superb blurry. I upload in HD to youtube and as long via actuality the video is under 10 minutes and you dont use 720p or 1080p it wont take yet 4 hours of much less i think of. and that i enable mine upload on an identical time as i sleep now and decrease decrease back
