I have ALREADY tried shopzilla, walmart, tree classics, innovations, home depot, penneys, overstock, I am looking for an artificial, white, 16' christmas tree....that's all...any ideas?

Didn't white Christmas trees go out with the Dinosaurs? Oh well, maybe there back. Call these places first, ask if they have them and the cost? Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Home Depot, Menard's, if these stores don't have them try Salvation Army store or the Good Will store....

Not sure about a 16 footer, but go online and take a look at what Shopzilla.com has or to see if there are some local venues that sell those. You might have to purchase a 16 foot tree and then pay extra to have it flocked.

"Bronners" in Frankenmuth, Michigan. A Christmas store all year round has EVERYTHING relating to the holidays.
