You're solidly into puberty (I'd start shaving?), and your body hasn't settled into a rhythm for your cycle just yet.
Take ibuprofen anytime for backaches and cramps (200-400 mg).
Being gassy around periods is something we all suffer. My system cleans everything out during my period, and it makes me miserable. The key is to make sure you've had enough fiber so if the period demands so, you can empty out with minimal cramps and gas. Take Fiber-con, 2-3 tablets a day and make sure you use the restroom once a day every day.
I wish I had boobs! I'm 45, very chunky, and have an A cup bra. It's not fair!

I understand you very well. My daughter is the 10 and she has been going through this for about 6 months. She has been going through the exact same things as you are describing. but still no period. I keep telling her to relax it will happen when the time is right. If you dont start within the next couple of months I would get your mother to take you to doctor to re sure you. I took my daughter just last week and she told her the same things I have been telling her. Just be patient. Exercise and cut out caffeine and chocolate. drink water. But it will happen before you know it.

Is this your first period? Sometimes your body takes time to build up to finish this process, I know that I feel symptoms at least a week in advance (Sore back, cramps, ect.)..so my guess for you is ( very soon ) :) Good Luck!

The sad thing is, once you get it, you'll remember the time that you anticipated it...and you'll wonder...why?!
Seriously, you'll get it, when God is ready. Which should be soon. I got mine at thirteen, I was jealous up till then because my cousin had gotten hers at 9. Now I feel bad for her. lol

It'll come soon, and when you least expect it! But I'd suspect within the next 6 months you'll probably get it.

It will come soon enough. Enjoy it now while you dont have it. Trust me periods are nothing to get excited over. Just be patient. Your time will come. Best wishes.

you will get yours soon enough. I'm 35 and oddly I dread ever loosing it - it going away. Nice to remember how much I wanted it too when I was a little girl.

It sounds like your period should be coming soon but no one knows how soon. Just wait it out but also be prepared.

It should be pretty soon... Be on the look out for darker discharges. That's a good warning sign.
