i heard jbl has been cleared to wrestle again it seems unlike so i ask is it true

It depends where you heard.
If it's that Genibus HHH user... he blows things out of his behind a lot.
Even if it's from a spoiler site, they aren't 100% right.
Last anyone heard, JBL was forced into retirement by a severe back injury.

JBL will be wrestling on a very limited basis. He can take enough bumps to wrestle a few times a year but NOT on a regular basis.

i think yes cause the whole JBL tv time not as a commentator(blaming Batista and taking a spear,clothesline from hell batista e.t.c) is going to be JBL return i think..
I can imagine at Wrestlemania Batista vs JBL(not for the title hopefully)

well there is a lot of speculation that he will make a in-ring return soon. i hope so, he is a good heel, and he can sell matches. i'd rather see him in action than listening to his commentary.
