Because of working in a nursing home I got into the habit of washing my hands all the time.
A-B-C Plus when coming into house after being outside,Before and after eating,Every 10 minutes while cooking.etc. So I'd say at least 1 time every hour doing ordinary things all day long.

OK, I'll give you the honest scoop on this one...
A. Most of the time, I've forgotten just like everyone else or just didn't want to wait in line for the sinks.
B. I always carry a handkerchief with me so I sneeze or cough into that. But no, I don't wash after each sneeze or cough.
C. Not hardly ever after shaking hand unless I notice someone is sick or is coughing or sneezing or just plain dirty and nasty.
BUT.....I always carry a bottle of hand sanitizier in my purse (which goes everywhere with me) and I use it a lot. My Dr even told me that if I continue to use it like I do it will take an opposite effect and won't work anymore. I still use it.
Any honest answer to a hard to answer question!! A star for you!!!

A, B, and C.
I also wash my hands:
>After I open the fridge
>After I open a door, even in my own house
>After I open a cabinet or a drawer
>After I am done on the computer
>After I push a grocery cart
>After I push buttons whether on a soda machine or in an elevator
And many many other times.

I am a nurse. I literally wash my hands about 60 times a day. And when I am not at work I wash them for all of teh above reasons and sometimes just because soembody looked at my hands wrong.

I always wash them after using the restroom.
I never wash them after sneezing or coughing I never even thought about that but will now.
I don't wash them after shaking hands.
When I cook though, I'm constantly washing them.

I'm a pretty avid handwasher ! I'm a germaphobe .. I always wash my hands before I eat anything.. Always when I get home and of course every time I use the restroom.

B. I sneeze or cough inside the front of my shirt or in the crook of my elbow. If I it reaches my hands I wash em.
C. Not usually.
