check the ground!
do you own a volt-ohm meter with a MA function?
if you do I can tell you how to find any electrical problem as good, or even better as a certified honda mechanic

I recently had a similar problem with my Kaw Sherpa. It started off as a slow cranking problem which I assumed was a low battery. I trickle charged the battery for 4hrs and it showed over 13v on a volt meter but it still wouldn't crank successfully and then the dashboard lcd display disappeared. It finally turned out to be a bad battery; the battery would charge to 13v but didn't have enough amperage to do its job. I installed a new battery and the problem went away. Try a new battery or a known good battery from another bike. Good luck.

Dead battery.
Just a jump from a "charger" will not produce enough cranking amps to turn the engine, fire the ignition and turn on any lights.
Jump start your bike with a car battery (car not running).

It sounds like you aren't getting a good connection from your battery, that's what I would concentrate on since you said it turns over slow, that's the real problem, get that fixed and everything else will be fine. You might try hooking up another good battery or a jumper pack and see what happens.Good luck to you.

sounds like you might have bown some fuses, look inside your left side cover, plus, check the voltage of the battery, maybe its just too low to power everything.
