Wow, I have never seen a better football game in my life. The game between the Pats and the Colts was magnificent, good defense, offenses stepped up to the occasion, and was a thriller between great teams. I am psyched for the Pats, and applaud the Colts, and hope for another game in the playoffs. All together I really enjoyed it. Your thoughts on the game?

I was a nervous wreck! I thought for sure the Pats were going to give the game away but, BAM...4th quarter comes and the Real Pats played! Great game!

Yep! If the Colts had all their starters, it would have been even better. The game was a thriller since the defenses were great! The offenses couldn't really cut loose too much but Moss, Adai and Brady were pretty good. Manning was a little off and both QB's were sacked. I applaud the Colts also and they are still a very good team who unsettled the Pats at times so the Pats can be beaten or they looked human at least. The Pats will sooner or later be unseated but they do look like the best team in the league now with the Colts on their tail! Hopefully, the playoff game between these two will be good! It would be nice if both teams could play in the Superbowl but they can't!

Well, all you really got today, is what those two are going to bring to the table in the AFC Championship game. Because I'd be willing to bet that they'll meet up there again, just like last year.

The difference this year being that they're much more closely matched, and it could really go either way, whereas last year, the Colts were the obviously supreme team. I'd like to see the Colts win next time though, because I love them, and hate the Patriots.

But great job by both teams, definitely a good game, although I'm a bit displeased with the result, haha.

No.
I’m inclined to agree with True Blue, Dethklock and PART of comengetitnow when he says that NE will have to play a lot better in the AFC Championship Game than they played today.
I’m STILL NOT A BELIEVER OF NE.
I don’t see the Patriots in the championship game let alone seeing them in the SuperBowl.
Re: the game today.
Again…NO.
It wasn’t THAT exciting…it was just, pretty good.
Most likely, you that are calling it a GREAT game are Patriot fans.
Just because your team won doesn’t make it a ‘great game’. And NE DID’T find a way to win…it was more that the Colts found a way to lose.
I was rooting for Indy. No sour grapes, I just know how to view a game objectively.
It isn’t that NE played such a good game, it’s more that Indy just played NOT SO GOOD in the second half and it seemed that some on defense started to get a little lax in playing their positions.
When play started in the 2nd half, it seemed that NE knew everything to do right to pull out the victory.
In the first half of play, NE got thoroughly wupped!
Then all of a sudden in the 2nd half, everything started to click for NE and Indy was falling apart.
NE’s Oline was blocking better; the running game started working; Brady had time to look and throw deep.
What happened?
Indy did just about everything I ssid...but only in the first half.

WHAT HAPPENED?
Everyone saw today that NE is NOT the powerhouse that they are touted as being.
They did NOT find a way to win...
Colts found a way to lose.
Again.
No sour grapes...just my objective observations of WHAT I SAW!

I’ll chalk it up to Indy’s O & D line getting fatigued and NE O & Dlinemen having more stamina.
Yeah…that’s it.
That’s the ticket. (just had a little thought about Jon Lovitz when he was on SNL lol)
See ya in the playoffs…MAYBE.
Like I said; everyone saw today that NE is NOT the powerhouse that it is touted as being on EITHER side of the ball.
One thing I will concede tho is that there special teams is better than most.
They kept Indy having to go long distance to score while their return teams it seems would always start them out with decent field position.
Something for their opponents to focus a little more concern to.
Later Dudes and Dudettes.

GO LIONS.
GO BROWNS.
GO INDY.

didnt care for the end result myself either.

but the Pats did what was needed to win the game...Manning had 1 to many turnovers and they took advantage of it. but i dont see the Pats as the unstoppable, untouchable offensive machine that went crazy on every team prior to Indy. They are talented in all rights...but so are the Colts along with them. Again good game by the Pats...does it make me a fan? No

But then again i've never been a fan of the Pats...they did what was needed at the end to win...

Colts didnt still routing for them though.

That was an amazing game. As a pats fan i was expecting the pats to blow them out, but the colts did a VERY good job and suprisingly, it was a great defensive, not offensive game. This was probobly the most exiting game of the year. Besides the packers win in overtime.

If the Pats want to go to the SB they will have to play the Colts in the AFC championship game a lot better than they did today. I thought they were pretty sloppy, racking up 10 penalties for 146 yards. They were lucky to pull this one out of the hat. Go PATS!!

It was a good game, but some of you guys are overrating the heck out of it. After all of the hype, it turned out to be a pretty ordinary game. It wasn't even the best game of the day. That title goes to Seattle & Cleveland.

Excellent game! Stopping the Hawks on fourth and inches in overtime, then marching down for the win after being down 21-6.
