Yeah. I don't get what the big deal is either.
If it's up, just put it down.
Do these women ever stop to think that it might be a pain in the *** for the guy to lift the seat every time?
And if the girl is too stupid to look and see whether or not the seat is down, then she deserves to fall into the toilet.

Why do you capitalize all your words? Anyway, let us look at why the seat should be down: 1. Whenever the lid, not just the seat, but the lid is up and someone flushes the toilet, little pee pee and poo poo water droplets become airborne around the bathroom, getting on toothbrushes and everything else. 2. Women use the toilet with the seat down for both uses, and men use it down for 1 of the 2 uses, therefore making 3 out of 4 uses of the toilet requiring the seat to be down. 3. Looking at the toilet bowl it quite unsightly. 4. Have you ever walked into the bathroom at 3am half awake only to sit down and fall into the toilet because someone left it up? 5. If you leave the lid up, the cat tries to drink from the toilet.

I don't see what the big deal is... When I flush a toilet, I want the whole thing to be down... seat and cover... solves any argument, and keeps little droplets of dirty water from being sent up into the air. Besides... a little chivalry never hurt anyone.

My Mom lived with 3 males in the house and always looked before she leaped. It was not always up but it only took 1 second to look. a Girl Friend said I wasn't domesticated, I did try to remember but she looked first.

Well if you think about it the seat should be down all the time. Women have to have the seat down but there are situations where men have to have it down also. So if you take the percentage of how often the seat is up vs down, it's down most of the time.

If you have to go REALLY bad all you have to do is pull it out and aim, if we have to go bad, we have to turn on the light, close the door, unzip, pull down, THEN to sit down and find that the seat has been left up is UNACCEPTABLE.
I told my son if he does it anymore for every time it is up whether I am using the bathroom or not I am deducting $1 / day from his allowance. I don't have to do this anymore with my husband. He knows better now :)

Because we have to do everything for them or they'll leave us for a man who will put the seat down for them, then we have to hear about how much better he is then us. So men just save themselves the trouble and try and put the seat down as often as they can remember to.

Not a big deal for me and my man. He lifts the seat up when he needs to and I put the seat down. How easy is that?

My home is a seat up home, even though there is only one male. I would much rather have to put the seat down before and l raise it afterward than ever clean up pee, or sit in it.
