as long as you want, but know that the strips ingredients are only no longer active after 30 minutes.

I would only leave in as long as directed because the chemicals are not good to swallow anyways. If you want really white teeth get the dentist teeth whitener. I have used both and regardless of what the ad's say the dentists is better.

I did and nothing bad happened. It said leave them on for .5 hour and I left em on for 1 hour.

You should be careful because you teeth get very sensitive when you bleach your teeth. The enamel gets a bit sensitive. I am a mouth snob, kind of like you are with your purses.
Just go and get the real thing done with the lasers.

Yikes, I would call your dentist! It may have eroded your gum line and the enamel on your teeth.

probably but it will also blister the skin in your mouth
