Absolutely, YES!
I have a text book that dedicates an entire chapter to neck injuries from automobile accidents at 5 miles per hour.
You should see a doctor to get help and have a record of your injury ASAP. If you let things go for too long without notifying your doctor and insurance company, you may have difficulty getting your insurance company to compensate you for any medical bills, care etc. that may arise as a result of your accident. I hope it all resolves quickly for you but what if it does not ? You may need to prove it was the auto accident that caused your injuries. The longer you let things go, the less likely that you will be able to prove it was the accident that caused your injuries.
good luck

tecnicallly yes see when you have fender bender you kind of jerk when you hit them but it depends how hard you hit them so if it was a little one then no it may just be pain or just regular dizzyness but if not put some ice on your head and lay down and relax

Yes, you can even get whiplash from turning your head.
The neck is very sensitive and tilting your head can even cause severe injury.
