My hubby falls asleep literally in seconds and it takes me at least 45 minutes!! Grr!! lol

well. for me, if i got a cd in my player it only takes like 5 min. the song Liberti Fatili from Final Fantasy VIII is awesome!!!

Usually around 15 minutes, but if I'm having a bad night it can take me up to 2 hours to fall asleep!

It usually depends on how tired I am, but on an average about 15 minutes. I heard somewhere that the people that fall asleep in seconds aren't getting enough sleep.

Once my head hits the pillow, it only takes between 3 to 5 minutes for me to fall fast asleep.

I pretty much fall asleep as soon as I lay down. The longest it would take me is a couple of minutes, but that hardly ever happens. I fall asleep quick and I am a very deep sleeper. My husband is the opposite. It takes him awhile for him to fall asleep and he is the LIGHTEST sleeper in the world!! I used to wonder if he ever was actually really asleep. :)

It takes me a while. I usually read for 10 - 20 minutes and then fall asleep.
I had to share a motel room with a friend this year and she hit the pillow and was out like a light! GRRRRRRRRR!

Normally, it just takes me a few minutes to fall asleep. But, if I am nervous/anxious about something it takes me a lot longer.

mine too he can be asleep like in 5 minutes and it takes me a good 1 hour to 3 hours to get comfortable and fall asleep... he just went on a night shift and i am wondering he tosses alot and talks alot in his sleep and i am going to see what happens tonight to see if i get a good night sleep or not...
