I've been interested in this guy for a a bit now. I know he's a player and I've been with him a few times (kisses and cuddles, I've only slept with him once).
I decided even though I was attracted to him I didn't want to date a player so I made up my mind that I would go out with him (he's been asking me out) but I didn't tell my friends about this just yet.
Anyway, one of my friends got drunk on Sat night, had a fight with this guy she had a crush on and called me at 1am in the morning (I was asleep in bed as I had to move house the next day). I picked her up, got her some food and water and listen to her for about 2 hours crying about her crush. I eventually had to go to bed and she called this guy I've liked and asked him to sleep with her. She then woke me up and said I quote "I'm sorry Emma. I know you like ??? but he's coming to pick me up so I can f&*k him"
Who does that. What kind of a friend does this?

I know the guy is a player now, and I can easliy move on from him but what I don't understand is why would my friend sleep with him when she knew I liked him? I'm 24. It's not like this is high school anymore. She really hurt me....

Ok, 1. Your friend was distraught and people do some really dumb things when they are that upset.
2. I would normally say not a very good friend but remember number 1.
You need to sit down with her and have a heart to heart and let her know that this hurt you and how bad.

my friend slept with i guy i liked in high school, it pissed me off! but we are still friends to this day. think about your friends other qualities and if she is worth losing over a boy. and yes what your friend did was mean and wrong and you should sock her in the face!
