My leg really hurts and I walk with a cane and I'm depressed all the time. I only have one friend who I really only talk to in the cafeteria. Everyone says I'm mean even though I'm really smart. Should I take Vicodin???

If it wasn't, then no.
If your cane has flames on the sides, you make politically incorrect statements, you snap-diagnose medical conditions based on minimum clues and you have 2 days of facial beard stubble, maybe you can get a prescription.
