It is difficult to say, but it might be
1. RUSSIA as they are not depended on any one. They have all the natural resources you could think of within the country. I guess that the education level is still high.
2. INDIA has put a lot of money into education and it will start to pay of within a few years time by now.
3. China, which is some sort of the Japan as they have to import at lot of steel, oil and other necessary commodities.
4. The Nordic countries are very fast to adapt to new circumstances and the are small which makes it easier.
5. South America might be a winner too.
One of the Looser might be USA in the long run and perhaps Europe too as the most of those countries are importers of commodities too, but on the other hand they use a lot of money into education and social well fare that stabilize the economical situation.
