I am pretty sure based on the information that I gathered from the internet I am having a missed miscarriage. I have lost all my pregnancy symptoms over the last few days - no extreme tiredness, no nausea, no sore breasts. I had an ultrasound last week - it was just a sac surronded by blood.

Can I ask for a D&C now???

I do not want to miscarry naturally. I did before, and could not get off the toilet. and it was painful!!!

You need to have another ultra sound before your doctor will perform one. It could be that you were not far enough along to see anything yet, and the blood could have been from implantation. If you have indeed miscarried your doctor should do a D&C so you do not get an infection that could interfere with getting pregnant again.
With my 3rd miscarriage I had a D&C and only bled for one week and got pregnant with my son within a month, so it doesn't take longer to conceive after having one done.

Oh goodness...It would be better if you just waited for your body to miscarry on it's own. The healing time is much faster and if all your symptoms have gone away it shouldn't be too much longer before it starts. You can ask for the D&C if you really want it, but most doctors just like to wait for nature to take it's course, unless ofcourse you are past the first trimester. The risk of infection is not very high at this point.

Go talk to your doctor today. D and Cs are not that bad, I've had one. Depends on the woman as to how long you bleed. For example, I only beed for a week. You can stilll get an infection either way.

I had a miscarriage in this past June, but I cannot say if that is what you're having. If you have spotting or bleeding, I would say yes. Talk to your doctor.
