If you're talking about Susie Q again, I don't think she knows how to access her Yahoo Mail.
Susie Q...if you see this, you need to look at the top left corner of any yahoo page. It will say Yahoo My Yahoo! & Mail in light blue or black lettering. Put the cursor on "Mail" and when it switches to a pointing finger, left click once. That will take you to your Yahoo mail page. Click on "Inbox" and it will give you a list of all your Yahoo mail. (And if you have never checked it before, you are going to be busy for awhile!!)

If you are trying to email someone on YA click onto their avatar, and that should bring up their profile page. Most people have their Q&A's on private, but if you look at the top right side you will see in small letters whether the person accepts IM or email. Just click on the words email and it will bring up another page where you can send them an email. Your email address will not show and they will recieve a message in their inbox stating that you have recieved a message from another member. Hope that helps some. :)

When you send an email, it goes to the address you used--unless you had a misspelling or otherwise incorrect address. If something is wrong in the address, it is returned through a postmaster direct to you; the proposed recipient does not see the original message. If the recipient sees the title and who sent it, that person has a choice to open the message or delete it. May even tell you s/he never received the message.

Just set up another one purely for sending, but delete any replies you might get there but if someone really wants to trace you they'll get your IP address pretty easily. If you want to send a message but don't want to leave any traces as to where it came from - send a letter snailmail.

No, they just didn't wish to reply or haven't had the time...if a person doesn't want email they can disallow email in their settings...however, also if a person has blocked you, your email will not go through

If you are talking about Yahoo Answers, then you can select to receive no emails in your profile edit, that might be the case here.
