My baby usually goes to bed at 7 and wakes at 7, with the time change, he woke at 6 now this morning and now went to bed at 6. Has this happened to your baby? How long until we can get back on schedule, I don't want to wake that early, you know? What can I do?

We are not on a strict schedule or anything, but this is just when he usually will get tired and stuff and I know 6 this time was really 7 yestarday, so he is technically on schedule, but he doesn't KNOW that time as we do, so will his body adust?

I tried to keep him up, but then he got so fussy, so I just laid him down.

Just try to gradually put him to bed about 10 minutes later each day. Don't let him be miserable though. If you have to wake at 6 for a while, it's not really earlier. It's no different from what you usually do, you're probably just going to bed later. Try going to bed earlier until he adjusts. Also, try to let him take a later nap...that might help with getting him to bed later. Warning...even if you put him to bed later, he will probably still wake up at 6 for a while. Good luck.

Try to keep him up and hour later, play with him. Then put him to bed. After a while his body will adjust.

I agree with the post that state to try to keep him up for another hour. If you do this nightly his body will adjust to the time difference.

I am having the same problem with my baby. She doesn't know it is daylight savings time. Whoever started this definately didn't consider the effects on babies and mommies lol!
