I read that you can start getting pregnancy symptoms as early as a week along. So yes I believe you can suffer from morning sickness early on.

You can but usually morning sickness comes after atleast 3 weeks.

That's how I found out I was pregnant 2 out of 5 of my pregnancies!
Your hormones are changing as soon as conception takes place.

Yes, my wife was sick very early. That's how we knew to do the test to check if she was pregnant.
My sister in-law did not get sick untill a couple months into her pregnancy.
I suggest you use one of those home pregancy test as a check.

It usually doesn't set in until around week 6 or 7, but every woman is different, so I suppose it's possible.

Definitely possible! My first sign of being pregnant is feeling nauseous just 3 or 4 weeks in. Don't even MENTION runny eggs....................

I felt sick at about 3 weeks, thought I had the flu at first (lol). It got way worse, then in my second trimester, it got better.
