When I compliment my best friend she always says "you're too much"... Is this a good or bad thing...? Thanks! :D

I guess, complimenting her always makes her blush. She gets too overwhelmed & just resorted telling you that. She's too shy to say thanks, you're too sweet & awesome for a friend. I'm pretty sure she meant it in a good way. Keep it up!

Most of the time it means you are too funny. Or Your too much to handle. It is not a bad thing.

In the way you referenced it sounds like she is politely rejecting your compliment. It just shows her lack of self assurance that you are actually complimenting her.

Its good. Its a sweet, sarcastic way of saying, you are so freakin hilarious.
