If you are talking about a water seperator, follow the fuel line from the carb. You may not have one as I don't think Four Winns rigs them from the factory. Your carb has a screen at the fuel inlet.

First answer good. Find the fuel tank and look where the fuel line connect. Sometimes the fitting have a screen in it, but, it should be OK. Then as stated; where the fuel line connects to the carb there may be a screen/filter there. If, you not see one tracing the fuel line as mentioned then those the places, At the carb and in the tank.

They sometimes have one like the link, it usually on the inside of the transom;

Look at the Carb and find where the fuel line feeds into it. There should be a metal clamp around the end of the fuel line. Loosen the clamp, and slide it away. Now, wiggle and pull the fuel line away from its coupling (this is usually a bit of a struggle). Now, unscrew the coupling from the carb, and the fueld filter is inside.
