Dose the elite break as much as the original does?(did they fix the kinks)

We finally gave up on the 360s ( returned 3 RROD) and bought an elite. And just as we were into a halo 3 party with 2 consoles hooked to 2 hd tvs and 8 players our elite got the red ring of death. We had purchased the elite in August. So as long as the warranty will continue to replace our Elite we will own one. But be assured that we will never spend money on a microsoft game console ever again. Way too much hassle.

They are better than launch but not by much, all Xbox's still get RRoD

From what I heard no there not as bad as the origanals but they still have problems.
