I want to live in the city, but I live in rural?

are there any programs like foreign exchange, but with the US? I am 15 years old

Graduate from high school, get REALLY good grades, take advanced placement and honors levels courses. If your lucky you could get into NYU in New York, or BU, Northeastern, Harvard, Emmerson or one of the many other schools in Boston.
