just tell her that in the long run she will regret it. Also tell her the many things that could happen if she did have sex. She could get diseases or end up pregnant. Tell her not to compare herself with you no offense but you girls are both still very young and should not be thinking of sex. Just try and be the good sister and look out for her i guess. Good Luck :)

"do as I say, not as I do"

it's extremely difficult for younger sister to listen to an older sibling's advice when they themselves aren't following it. 14 or 16..... neither of you are old enough to be having sex, so you have no right to give her advice about what she should and shouldn't be doing... sorry! In truth, you are leading your sister by example... so you cannot expect her to avoid making the same mistakes you are making. I suggest that both of you do a little sex ed research and find out exactly what you're getting yourselves into

I'm really not trying to be mean, and I'm sorry if you don't like my answer... I'm just trying to be genuine

All parents wrestle with this question, because we all made mistakes when we were younger that we regret now. Because we went through what we did, we're smarter, but have trouble convincing our kids not to do the same things we did. Those that are successful in convincing their kids end up sparing their kids a lot of pain, but those that aren't successful end up with kids that repeat the cycle. No disrespect meant to the parents, it's just hard to convince someone to "do what I say, not what I do".

You need to share with her the reasons you regret that you had sex and let her know that you are just looking out for her because you love her.

you can't, you hypocrite.

just tell her that you regret it, and then stop doing it.

or just let her.
but that wouldn't be a good "big sister" thing to do.
