Basically if you had an animal by your side, that was part of you ( like in northern lights) what would it be an why?
I would have a wolf, as there beautiful and loyal, and i've always loved them and also peopel who know me compare me to wolves

So you're covered in hair, have large fangs and your breath stinks of dog food and would be prepared to eat anyone or thing (including you) you are trapped in a pit with if you had been starved for a while?

Personally I would like a Silverback Gorilla with a chainsaw at my side in a rumble but I'll settle for a dog.
I am quite aware that if I collapsed and no one came round here for a few days to check up on me, that I would very soon become his dinner.
But I'm OK with that.

Well, I'm often compared to a dodo bird, but they're extinct, so I'd say a tiger. They've always been my favorite animal. Beautiful, graceful, deadly. Who'd mess with you? I'm assuming your animal won't turn and eat you? I don't know what this "Northern Lights" is.

Hahaha ya, when I read this question I immidiatly thought of those books. I think i would want a panther, they're gorgeous and give off an intelligent air. Plus they could be good for defense or a fast get away

This might sound weired, but I would have a monkey. ( A monkey on my shoulder) No pun intended. But really, he could make me laugh, and he has fingers and toes - so he can hold my hand when I need a friend. He could hand me things when asked and looking into his face reminds me of us in a way.

I identify mostly with foxes and cats. I'm kind of feral myself.
