He used the N – word to refer to his son’s girlfriend. He is obviously not a hardcore racist. He uses profanity and America and TV executives are surprised?

I think it sucks. There is such a stinking double standard when it comes to using the N- word which is absolutely ridiculous. It's okay for blacks to say it when they greet each other or when they are angry at each other but god forbid a white person in anger says it. Double standard. I could understand if he had said it along with something like "string her up" or burn a cross. Gimme a break.
Dog might pray but his losing his cool and using the N-word should remind those who judge him that he is human and he deals with the dregs of society everyday in his business of which a disproporionate amount of them are black. So him say what he said should be put in perspective. While it might not have applied to the son's girlfriend, we have no idea what type or person she is like. He has been the one who has interacted with her. Also for the son to tape it... well he is no damn better.

The show was destined for the trash heap. The man prays before a "mission" then turns around and says hate filled things ? Obviously his son was tired of Dog's hypocrisy and outed him.

Im mad about this too. A&E doesnt have any other good shows really except Intervention (which is always a rerun). I think that he used it appropriatly if you must use it. I have many black friends and wouldnt call them the N word. But if you have no job, sit on welfare, with food stamps, cheating the system and selling drugs you are the N word weither you are black, white or polka dotted. JUST MY OPINION..

BRING DOG BACK!!!

He only has himself to blame. Obviously he knows that word is wrong and he shouldn`t use it or he wouldn`t be afraid of someone taping him. Instead of restricting who comes into his home maybe he should just have made an effort to stop saying that vile word!

I can't believe his own son taped it & posted it. What an a$$hole. A&E shouldn't be passing moral judgment on anything that was done in a private setting.
