I use them as trash liners all the time...I especially use the ones I get from Target, they are a heavier plastic so they don't tear as easily

Yay. They can be reused for garbage in smaller garbage cans. I put 3 wadded up bags in the bottom of my small trash can and use one as a liner. I empty the cans once a week and use a bag from the bottom of the can as a new liner. That means I only have to put in new bags once a month. Sometimes there's a little hole in the bottom which doesn't usually matter. If they're too big, use another bag. And if it still bothers you, many stores recycle their bags.

great Use hemp/cotton or canvas bags for paying for. that's impressive. in case you do what Gazpacho says, observe of what you're procuring, how that's packaged, recycle and take your very own paying for bags then you certainly will hardly have any rubbish in any respect. we've 5 now in our domicile. We purely disguise the backside of the wheelie bin each week approximately 2inches in intensity. great in the event that they do start up weighing and charging/refunding for waste in uk. positioned your waste as we talk into the bin. do no longer use any plastic bag or bin liner in any respect. whether you employ bin liners you nevertheless could rinse the bin out. So do no longer use any. there are a number of motives given why human beings 'like' plastic bags. whether, they nevertheless in no way decompose no count what share cases you employ them. it is compounded whilst human beings tie their rubbish into plastic bags via fact then all their contents can no longer clearly decompose the two whether they are made from organic and organic components. in case you insist on using plastic bags you would be charged intense taxes for doing so. So re-use as many cases as available then take them food market to be recycled. in no way THROW in the garbage.

You have to be careful when you pick one to make sure it doesn't have a hole already in it, but most of the time they are fine.

We use the h*** out of them here and they work just fine.
