Ok, so for some reason I was thinking about this. Ok, now Pan Far in Vulcans only happens every seven years right. Now do they have sex only during Pan Far, or do they have sex other times too? Now does that mean Spocks human mother only gets sex every 7 years?

Yes, only one period of time in seven years, although probably several instances during that time, judging from Nurse Chapel's smile. But then, Spock is only half Vulcan.
Perhaps there are accommodations regarding human women married to Vulcans. Perhaps they are "worshiped" by young unmarried males in their first pahn farr. Or perhaps they have relations with human males to supplement their relationship to their husband. I do not believe it was ever mentioned, but Spock's mother and father were quite pleased with one another, so they worked it out somehow.
