Get licensed as a real estate sales agent in your state which you need to look into as far as educational requirement. Those courses teach you nothing about commercial real estate. You need to go to school and pass the RE exam. In many states you can not be licensed without being sponsered by a broker. Find a broker or two who is interested in you.
