I have worked so incredibly hard during college (nursing school) and have prepared myself as best as I could but I am still very nervous and insecure while in the hospital (during clinicals). Most of what we did was book work, so the college hasn't prepared my greatly for hand-on stuff. Granted, I'm learning as I go, but how can I at least talk to myself to get that inner confidence so I don't feel miserable while working the floor? (most of the nurses and docs. are great, but honestly, some are jerks) Help. I need a motivational speech...LOL
