Average rent for college housing?

what is the average rent for a four bedroom 2 bath house? I m in college and supposedly its higher than normal housing outside college.

Depends on the locality. Rents are higher to college students because they have noisy parties, they move before the lease has expired, and the lease period may be only nine months long.
