It is a damned cell phone account! Cancel the **** and get a new one. Not worth the bother. You know if you trade in your cell phone for a new one, they make you sign a new contract? Oh well, people will have to try to learn your new number. Poor poor people. No one even tries to memorize numbers anymore, they just put them in the contact list and touch a button to call you. Are you sure you not just using this as an excuse to continue seeing/arguing with your ex?

GO back to court and have a restraining order placed on him.
The other choice is for you to visit the local office with a copy of the order and talk a to amanager have his name removed from the account.
If his name is not on the account then he cannot do anything about it.
It is your choice but i would get a restraining order against him and visit the phone office.
He is using the phone bill to see who you are calling and who is calling you,

Take the papers that state you have the account to the cell phone company, show them to them. Have your ex's phone shut off and things put in your name and address. Have them make a note not to allow him any sort of contact into the account. If you have to take your lawyer.

You're divorced. The death of your ex came after the divorce. If you say you are widowed, the children will receive more financial aid. However, this is fraud. Widowed means that your husband died. In this case, your ex husband died. Legally, you are not a widow.

take your divorce decree copy and take it to the store and ask to see the manager and explain to him this man is supposed to relinquish his rights to the cellular phone account and you want his number and his name off the account and yours on it. if they are unwilling to do this get your lawyer and go back to the judge this time with the store owner and your husband as defendants! that is a very legal and binding contract (the divorce papers) and constitutes fraud on your ex-husbands part and possibly the store owner too.

When there is a court order and the parties don't abide by the orders......that's the time to call the lawyers and go back to court.
