hmmm, pickled okra hey?? Quick go grab it an throw it in the nearest bin..we shall never talk of it again!!
As for the ground veal and tomato paste, I think I could whip up a nice bolognese sauce to go with some pasta..mmm!!

I just spend all day making some split pea with ham soup, you are more than welcome to have some.
I don't do veal and okra makes my skin crawl, pickled or not! I don't know about the tomato paste, can I slather it on your butt and spank you with a ruler?

your gonna make a veal tomato sauce and saute the okra in a lemon pepper sauce. then procede to pour it over whatever pasta you have in your pantry.

Wish I could help, but veal is the only meat I will NOT touch. Personal preference, but how about you find some noodles, mix all that crap together, simmer it and POOF...skeddy sauce!
