I will typically only kiss a date on her cheek. I am never presumptuous to think that is appropriate to kiss on the lips unless we have already discussed it. Some think this is an old fashioned approach and others think it is a sign of good manners. I have found it to be a good way.
If things are going really well, I may invite the girl to take argentine tango lessons with me. Now that can be a lot of fun!

When they are looking at me and are very quiet , that is the best time to attempt a kiss. there are a few others but i don't want to get suspended, aw heck , when they are reaching for popcorn , you can distract them and kiss what ever is pointed at you, that always works, and when they yawn and are not paying attention, just as they are closing their mouth, you quickly slip one in and hold on tight so they can't hit or kick you. You have to have the right signals. If she is listening to what you have to say and making eye contact. Then just give it a go. After all it's just a kiss.

In my world it's gotta be pretty obvious, I kiss no one unless she closes her eyes, puckers up and tilts her head to one side. Even then she may still have to whisper, "kiss me"

I look for no signals, I just make my move when I feel the need and desire..if she is not ready for it oh well.
