Watch Instructions...?

I got a watch recently from my parents, and it did not come with instructions and some of the parts of it, i don't even understand! The watch is a Fossil Arkitekt Watch. Looks similar to the 'Bentley - Gunmetal'

Could you help me find instructions on how to set each thing, also could you identify what each dial does?

i would try calling the customer care number on the web link you posted. bottom left corner. They can either tell you what each dial does and how to set them, or they can possibly send you an insturction book.
