I think this is just unacceptable. Laws prevent these kind of things not to take the fun away from adults, but to protect innocent minors. Effectively, the teacher has abused their position of power and corrupted the student's young and naive mind. These situations and the consequnces make me so ill. Laws are here to protect the children, and quite frankly, if the teacher or any adult breaches them, they should bear the consequnces.

Oh dear god, not more of this. Sadly, despite how I feel about relationships (IE: Gays, Lesbians etc), this is just too young. I suppose we should ask the boy. If he TRUELY loved her back and wasn't just in it for the sex, then I'd say no charges should be filed. The only problem with that stance is that I am sure there are laws in Nebraska that were broken and those should be enforced. If they lived anywhere else that didn't have such laws, I'd just forget about it honestly. But again, there has to be emotional love, not just physical love.
