Could be many things, low blood pressure, aneamia, ear infection, something you ate, medication you are on or have changed recently, you really need to see your GP, he can check the basics. Sometimes people faint for no discernible reason, but its worth getting checked at the doctors.

As for the heart thing, an awful lot of babies are born with a hole in the heart that never needs treatment, it just closes over as they grow older and they are perfectly healthy, but mention it to your doctor when you see him, so he can rule it out.

Epilepsy? Did you blow your nose before the spinning started? Have you ever been diagnosed with low blood pressure. Are you eating enough? Do you have an eating disorder? Are you pregnant? Anemic?

Could be that you've developed type 2 diabetes.

Whatever, you need to see your GP as soon as you can, just to put your mind at rest.
