I don't feel like i'm getting any freedom at home and my parents don't trust me to do anything at all. I am only 13 but I do have a job working at Tim Hortans and I go to the local high school. One of my best friends asked her mom if I could move in with them and her mom said yes as long as she can talk to my parents and they say its fine. One problem, I know my parents won't say its fine. How can I move in with them if my parents won't let me?? Help?!?!

You can't. If you leave home, you are then a run away. Your parents can call the cops and have you drug out of your friend's house and make you come home. They can then have your friend and her family arrested for harboring a run away. Then you will be court ordered to go to counseling and other classes for spoiled little girls who think they should be able to do anything they want and get mad when mommy sets rules. You could also be sent to boot camp or a detention center. So if you think you have no freedom now, wait until you're in a cage with 12 other girls.

Oh come on. You're 13 years old. You're a minor. You're also babyish and immature. You "dont feel like you're getting any freedom at home"; of COURSE you're not; you're THIRTEEN! You are nowhere near an age where you are wise enough or experienced enough to judge what is good and what is bad.
EVERY child has restrictions at your age, and even asking this question and asking to live at your friend's is representative of the fact you're still a child and an immature one at that. What freedoms do you think you will have at your friend's that you don't have at home? You think her mother will let you do whatever you want? Wow. Do YOU need to grow up!

You can't and if you run away, you can go to juvinelle hall and your not old enough to get emancipated so you really have no choice but to stay....so sorry....but ask your parents anyway...life is not easy and it never will be....you can't live off minimum wage and if you do, you'll be living paycheck to paycheck so its best you stay at home...your only 13 anyway....what freedom do you want?!

You are to young to move out , Is it just because you can hang out late or are they abusing you. Please don't be in a rush to grow up. Plus as a parent it hard to see our babies grow up . Talking to them .some time we can be a little over protective.
