I dont wanna convert it into an mp3 or whatever i want it to stay as a video so how do i do that?

Okay, I know there are like fifty billion other answers and you're probably all confused as to which one to follow, but trust me - this way is easy and safe.
Find the YouTube vid that you want and then go to this site:
http://www.zamzar.com/url/
Type in the URL of the vid and press Convert to mp4. Then type in your email and press convert. A few min later they'll send you a link to download your vid. Click on it. Then press Download. A box will pop up, press Save and save it somewhere that you'll remember.
Then open iTunes and press File > Add File to Library, and find and click on the vid! It'll put it in with the Movies section.
You can also use this site with YouTube's music videos just to get the music - instead of Convert to mp4, press Convert to mp3 (that way you get the audio only).

Use firefox internet browser to download youtube video. firefox has provide this video downloader where you can download youtube videos.
Go to this website and get the steps to download it and convert to mpeg or other format so that you can played it at windows media player.
