Madelyn Grace Patrick, no contest.

While I like Riley quite a bit, I don't think it flows as well with your first and last names.

If you want something a touch more unusual than Grace, you could consider Madelyn Greer Patrick.

They are both really nice! I would have to say Madelyn Grace Patrick! I think that the two feminine names sound better with a masculine last name like Patrick.
♥Hope this helps and good luck!

Madelyn Riley Patrick sounds so much better - Grace is too overused as a middle name. Riley is more modern and sounds great with Madelyn.

In my opinion "Riley Patrick" sounds too Irish for my taste. I would go with Madelyn Grace Patrick. It sounds nice and I love your choice of going with Madelyn!
